Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Leo Electric Mobility (LeoEv.in), we value your satisfaction and take great care to ensure that our products meet high-quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy for returns, refunds, and cancellations.


Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with the product you received, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Please note:

  • Customised or special-order products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • You must contact us first through the “Contact Us” page on our website before sending any product back.
    Returns made without prior communication will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is approved and the product reaches our warehouse in original and working condition, we will process a 100% refund of the product price.

Refund details:

  • Processing time: Within 3 working days of receiving the returned product.

  • Refund mode: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.


Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

  • Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • You must share the courier name, tracking number, and dispatch details within 7 days of initiating the return.

  • Returns must be sent to the official address mentioned on our website.

We will verify the returned product upon receipt. Please note:

  • No warranty or refund will apply if the product has been misused, damaged, modified, soldered, or altered.

  • Shipping charges, labour costs, and customs duties (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will never exceed the actual invoice value of the goods.

  • For custom-made items, returns will only be accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

If your return is approved, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement component within 2 working days, or

  • Issue a 100% refund if a replacement cannot be arranged.

Important: Return requests made after 48 hours of receiving the item will not be accepted.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified while their status is “Pending.”

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of a valid cancellation, a 5.5% bank or payment gateway charge may be deducted from the refund amount.
    (This deduction covers transaction fees retained by payment processors, even for cancelled orders.)


Our Commitment

Due to the nature of electric vehicle components and our strict quality assurance process, we do not accept cancellations or returns without a valid reason.
