Shipping & Delivery Policy – Leo Electric Mobility
At LeoEv.in, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, promptly, and in excellent condition.
We ship across India from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays) through trusted courier partners to ensure quick and reliable service.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order placement.
Delivery typically takes 7–8 working days, depending on your location.
All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout.
If no courier service is available in your area, your order will be sent via India Post (Registered Book Post or Speed Post).
Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping across India.
There are no additional delivery or handling fees.
Currently, international shipping is not available.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person.

We will ensure that a brand-new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost, provided the original product tag and packaging remain intact.
Shipment & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an update via Email / SMS / WhatsApp containing:
The tracking number, and
The courier partner’s website link to track your shipment.
Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 business hours to become active after dispatch.
Billing & Shipping Address
Billing Address: The address where the invoice will be issued.
Shipping Address: The address where the product will be delivered.
Please verify both addresses carefully before confirming your order.
Delays & Notifications
The shipping timelines mentioned on our website are approximate estimates.
Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control (such as stock delays, transport issues, or unforeseen events), delivery may take longer.
If an item is out of stock or there is an unexpected delay, we will promptly notify you via email.
We may:
Deliver available items in multiple shipments, or
Offer a refund for the unfulfilled portion of your order.
Please note that refunds, replacements, or cancellations will not be accepted solely due to delivery delays.
