4. Cancellations & Returns

Once an order is placed and confirmed on LeoEv.in, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
If a non-delivery or delay occurs due to incorrect information provided by the user (e.g., wrong address, incomplete contact details, recipient unavailable), any additional re-delivery cost will be borne by the user.

5. User Obligations

8. Complaints & Disputes

Complaints or claims related to delivered orders must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.
No complaints will be entertained after this period.
